Applications requesting Extension of Assent before the Full Council for Decision:

2003-08-057 SUSAN AND DAVID HIBBITT – Extension request for Freshwater Wetland in the Vicinity of the Coast assent.  Project located at plat174, lot 123; 25 Courageous Circle; Bristol, RI.

2004-07-110 WESTERLY LAND TRUST – Extension request for previously granted CRMC permit.  Located at plat 140, lot 1; North of Shore Road, Westerly, RI.

 

Administrative Applications before the Full Council for Decision:

2004-09-096 RHODE ISLAND SHELLFISHERMEN’S ASSOCIATION/ROGER WILLIAMS UNIVERSITY – Experimental Aquaculture for an oyster and clam stock enhancement project.  Located in Narragansett Bay, Warwick and Bristol, RI.

 

Applications which have been Out to Notice for 30 days and are before the Full Council for Decision:

2004-09-146 MARK A. BOUCHER – Construct and maintain a four acre aquaculture farm to grow the American Oyster and the blue mussel.  Located in West Passage, Narragansett Bay north of Greene Point, North Kingstown, RI.

2003-04-058 RAM POINT MARINA – Expansion of Marina Perimeter Limit and to increase boat capacity by 10 boats for a total of 167 vessels.  Dredging of approximately 800 cy of sediment and construct a section of bulkhead.  Located at 64-4, lot 11; William Schmid Drive, South Kingstown, RI.

2004-06-054 LOIS J. MARIORENZI/PRISCILLA SZNEKE – Construct modifications to an existing residential boating facility by installing a (jet ski) boat lift system.  Located at plat 8, lot 271; 84 Bay View Drive, Jamestown, RI.

2004-10-121 RIDEM/MUSEUM OF YACHTING -- Maintain “as built” marina in Fort Adams basin area.  The basin marina is used “almost exclusively for displaying the museum’s collection of classic yachts as in-the-water exhibits.”  Other vessels are allowed temporarily into the basin for special events.  No space is leased or rented to the public or for non-museum owned boats.  Located at Fort Adams, North end; Newport, RI.
