Applications requesting Extensions/Modification to Existing CRMC Assent before the Council for Decision:

1998-07-052 TOWER HILL GROUP – Extension (#5) of Assent for 34 Single House lots with open Space.  Located at plat 50, lot 2 and plat 50-1, lot 1; Tower Hill Road, South Kingstown, RI.

1995-07-232 ARCHES PROPERTY OWNERS – Modification of existing Assent by removal of existing 3’ x 10’ fixed pier, 3’ x 10’ ramp and three 4’ x 10’ floats as assented (A1995-07-232).  Construct a fixed timber pier 4’ x 65’. The new facility will extend 15’ beyond the existing facility (65’ beyond mean low water). A variance to RICRMP 300.4.E.3(j) is required (the facility is 6’ from the west property line extension and 4’ from the east property line extension, standard distance is 25’). A variance to RICRMP 300.4.E.3(k) is required (proposed length is 65’ beyond mean low water, standard is 50’ beyond mean low water). Located at plat 10, lot 4; 3 Arches Road, Charlestown, RI.

2005-09-006 SAND HILL DEVELOPMENT LLC – remove several existing structures on the property and to construct 4 mixed-use (residential/retail use) buildings serviced by public water and sewers.  The building will house 8 retails shops and *8 condominium units. Located at plat I-G, lot 73, 74; 240 Sand Hill Cove Road, Narragansett, RI.

2005-12-016 CARL SCHWEINSHAUT – Construct and maintain a residential boating facility to consist of a 4’ x 198’ fixed timber pier with a fixed (4’ x 20’) access platform.  The terminus of the pier will extend to 133-feet beyond mean low water (MLW) requiring an 83-feet length variance.  Located at plat 4, lot 11; 400 East Shore Road, Jamestown.

2006-01-075 ALFRED ELSON/ANNE LYDEN – Construct and maintain:  a residential boating facility consisting of a 4’ wide by 92’ long fixed timber pier that leads to a ramp that leads to a 150 square foot terminal float.  The proposed structure is to extend 75’ seaward of the cited Mean Low Water mark.  Variances to several RICRMP dock standards are required.  Located at plat 27, lot 32; 22 Tyler Point Road, Barrington, RI.

2005-08-095 SHORE ROAD DEVELOPMENT – Construct and maintain:  a 7 lot residential subdivision to include public road, underground utilities, municipal water and ISDS.  Located at plat 130, lot 46; 237 Shore Road, Westerly, RI.

2005-06-003 MICHAEL AND MAUREEN ANTONELLIS – Raze and remove existing dwelling; Construct new dwelling, ISDS, permeable driveway (relocate drainage); serviced by town water; with a planted buffer.  Located at plat 40, lot 30-A; 312 Prospect Lane, Portsmouth, RI.
