THE RIGHTS OF WAY SUBCOMMITTEE
COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

TIME: 5:22 p.m.

PLACE: Narragansett Bay Commission Building, Providence RI

PRESENT: Subcommittee Chairman Paul Lemont, Member Joseph Shekarchi.

AGENDA:

Then members briefly discussed the evidence presented at the August 27, 2007 public hearing and any supplementation of the record since that hearing. On motion of Mr. Lemont and seconded by Mr. Shekarchi, they voted to recommend to the Full Council to designate Overlook Drive as a public ROW to the shore. Legal Counsel was asked to draft and circulate a subcommittee recommendation for their review and signature.

There being no other new business to come before the Subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
