PRESENT: Paul Lemont and Neil Gray. Kevin Cute, CRMC staff member.

AGENDA:

1. Deputy Legal Counsel advised the members that a formal public dedication of the Tuckerman Avenue Right of Way, in Middletown, RI, would be held on May 29, 2008 and they were invited to attend. Counsel advised the members that the ROW was the subject of litigation that had been successfully.

2. There being no further business to discuss, the Subcommittee adjourned just before 6PM.
