THE RIGHTS OF WAY SUBCOMMITTEE
COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

PRESENT: Chairman Paul Lemont, Member Neill Gray, and M

AGENDA:

1. Y-1 ROW Legal Council briefed subcommittee on the notice of claim that was filed by the abutters to the Y-l ROW in Middletown. Legal Council advised that he had spoken with the Town solicitor and would monitor the law suit.

2. Daunis Row, Barrington, RI Legal Counsel provided the subcommittee members with a copy of the September 19, 2008 letter that he sent to the Barrington Town solicitor. The subcommittee accepted the letter and agreed with the letter contents.

3. There being no other new business to come before the Subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
