THE RIGHTS OF WAY SUBCOMMITTEE
COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

DATE: October 28, 2008

TIME: 5:45 p.m.

PLACE: Narragansett Bay Commission Building, Providence RI

PRESENT: Chairman Paul Lemont, Member Neill Gray and Legal Counsel Brian A. Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Overlook Drive, Warwick RI Legal Council presented to Chair Lemont a draft of the subcommittee recommendation for the Overlook Drive ROW in Warwick. Legal Counsel advised the Chairman that he had spoken with member Shekarchi and Mr. Shekarchi had concurred in the draft findings. Mr. Lemont also concurred in the findings and would report the subcommittee recommendation out to the full council for subsequent hearing. Because Member Gray had not participated at the subcommittee, he did not vote on the subcommittee recommendation.

2. There being no other new business to come before the Subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
