2009-01-012 KEVIN & ERIN KULAK -- Proposed residential development. Located at plat 2, lot 42; Surfside Drive, Charlestown, RI.

Applications which have been Out to Notice for 30 days and are before the Full Council for Decision:

2008-09-121 STARWOOD TIVERTON, LLC -- Completion of The Village on Mount Hope Bay project. Remaining components include Phases IV and V of the Residential Development and the Commercial Waterfront Development (with the exception of the Boat House Restaurant which is in operation). Starwood is seeking a permit to construct 126 units out of the total 290 units originally permitted in the Residential development and the nine buildings remaining in the Waterfront Commercial Development. Located at plat Map 7-8, Blocks 24 & 51; Map 7-9 Blocks 24 & 51; 995 Main Road, Tiverton, RI.

2008-08-104 Bank of America Trustee – Construct and maintain a 130’ x 20’ cobble filled gabion revetment with 12” layer of crushed washed stone wrapped with mirafi geotextile fabric. The structure will be covered with sand to create a 2/1 slope from the existing grade to the finished grade of 14’ NAVD 88. The structure will abut the existing soft structure made of sand filled coir fiber envelopes. The structure will extend across the two adjacent properties to the west. The project area is located on an undeveloped barrier on Type 1 waters and will extend unto the coastal beach. Located at plat 92-4, lot 10; 392 B & C Cards Pond Road, South Kingstown, RI.

2008-08-105 CLIVE & DANIEL DUVAL – Construct and maintain a 100’ x 20’ cobble filled gabion revetment with 12” layer of crushed washed stone wrapped with mirafi geotextile fabric. The structure will be covered with sand to create a 2/1 slope from the existing grade to the finished grade of 14’ NAVD 88. The structure will abut the existing soft structure made of sand filled coir fiber envelopes. The structure will extend across the two adjacent properties to the east. The project area is located on an undeveloped barrier on Type 1 waters and will extend unto the coastal beach. Located at plat 92-4, lot 8; 392 F Cards Pond Road, South Kingstown, RI.

2008-08-106 HARRIET HARRIS – Construct and maintain a 100’ x 20’ cobble filled gabion revetment with 12” layer of crushed washed stone wrapped with mirafi geotextile fabric. The structure will be covered with sand to create a 2/1 slope from the existing grade to the finished grade of 14’ NAVD 88. The structure will abut the existing soft structure made of sand filled coir fiber envelopes. The structure will extend across the adjacent properties to the east and west. The project area is located on an undeveloped barrier on Type 1 waters and will extend unto the coastal beach. Located at plat 92-4, lot 9; 392 D & E Cards Pond Road, South Kingstown, RI.
