2008-08-061 MILL CREEK MARINE, INC. – Construct and maintain a new Dry Stack storage marina with indoor storage for 168 boats that includes two buildings, a boat ramp, a bulkhead boat launching area, floats, parking and storm water management facilities. Located at plat 194, lot 4; Little Allen Harbor, Wescott Road, North Kingstown, RI.

2007-12-048 KAREN SUE, INC – Expand an existing commercial pier and establish a Structural Perimeter Limit (SPL) in accordance with Section 300.3. Located at plat 88-1, lot 29, 30; Point Judith Pond, 54 Perrywinkle Road, South Kingstown, RI.

2006-04-062 GUNTER HAFER -- Construct and maintain a residential boating facility that is to be utilized by the current and future owners of AP 178 lots 10 & 87. The facility is to have a maximum 4 boat capacity. The facility is to consist of a 6 foot wide by 172 foot long fixed timber pier that leads to a ramp that leads to a 600 square foot terminal float, two tie-off piles are proposed on the north side of the pier. The proposed facility is to extend 141+/- feet seaward of the cited MLW mark and is variant to the RICRMP length, pier width and float size standards. Located at plat 178, lots 10 and 87; Bristol Harbor, 333 Poppasquash Road, Bristol, RI.

2007-09-055 JAMES BENINCASA – Construct a residential boating facility to consist of a 4’ x 92.5’ fixed timber pier, a ramp and 3 floats (5’ x 30 = 150 sq ft). The terminus of the dock extends to 95.5 feet beyond MLW requiring a 45.5- foot variance to the 50-foot MLW standard. Located at plat 16, lot 17; East Passage/Narragansett Bay, 17 Baker Road, Portsmouth, RI.
