PRESENT: Chairman Lemont, member Robert Driscoll, Legal Counsel Brian Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Howard Wharf, Newport. Legal counsel updated the members regarding the Howard Wharf liquor license/ROW litigation and the members asked that legal counsel continue to keep the subcommittee updated on future developments.

2. There being no other business to come before the Subcommittee the meeting adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
