In accordance with notice to members of the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, a meeting was held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, Administration Building, One Capitol Hill, Providence, RI.

1. CALL TO ORDER

Vice Chair Lemont called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Vice Chair Lemont explained that two members of the Council were not present and therefore the meeting would have to be cancelled due to lack of quorum.

Vice Chair Lemont polled parties present to see if October 13 would be a good date for everyone. Mr. Gomez stated that he would be available if the meeting started at 4:00 p.m. It was agreed amongst all parties to start the rescheduling process for the October 13th date.

Vice Chair Lemont apologized for the inconvenience.

7. ADJOURN

Meeting adjourned at 6:30.
