In accordance with notice to members of the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, a meeting was held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room A of the Administration Building, One Capitol Hill, Providence, RI.

1. CALL TO ORDER

Chair Tikoian called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and announced that there being no quorum the meeting was cancelled.

Chair Tikoian made an announcement that it would be his last Council meeting and read a brief statement to the Council in which he thanked the members for their continued support during his tenure on the Council.

Vice Chair Lemont added that it would be the last meeting for Council member Robert Driscoll as well. Mr. Driscoll thanked the Council and CRMC staff for their work during his time with the Council.

Mr. Coia spoke a few words thanking Chair Tikoian for his contributions to the Council during the nine years that he has been a CRMC member.

Director Coit introduced herself to those members that did not know her and thanked Chair Tikoian for welcoming her on the Council and thanked him for his service.

Meeting was adjourned.
