THE RIGHTS OF WAY SUBCOMMITTEE
COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

TIME: 5:45 p.m.

PLACE: University of Rhode Island, Hazards Room A & B, URI Bay Campus, South Ferry Road, Narragansett, RI.

PRESENT: Right- of-Way Chair Lemont, member Bruce Dawson and Legal Counsel Brian Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Legal Counsel updated the subcommittee on the potential lawsuit regarding Westerly Rights-of-Ways. CRMC legal counsel and the attorney general’s office are jointly working on this matter. Legal counsel advised the subcommittee that the suit may commence as early as mid July and that legal counsel will keep the subcommittee informed of developments.

There being no further business to come before the Rights-of-Way subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
