THE RIGHTS OF WAY SUBCOMMITTEE
COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

PLACE: Department of Administration, Conference Room A One Capitol Hill, Providence, RI

PRESENT: ROW Subcommittee Chair Lemont, CRMC Chair Maxwell-Livingston, CRMC Member Don Gomez, and Legal Counsel John T. Longo.

AGENDA:

1. Legal counsel reported that the title work for the North Kingstown rights- of-way (Allen Harbor Complex, Wilson Park, and Town Wharf) had been concluded and the rights-of-way were ready for public hearing. The Committee voted unanimously to request legal counsel and staff schedule the public hearings as soon as possible so the full Council could consider the rights-of- way.

There being no other business to come before the Rights-of-Way Subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
