AGENDA ITEMS:

The meeting commenced at 5:50 p.m., present were, ROW Subcommittee Chair Paul Lemont, CRMC Chair Anne Maxwell-Livingston, and CRMC Legal Counsel Brian A. Goldman.

1. Legal counsel reported to the subcommittee about the results of Rights-of-Way research conducted by Roger Williams University Law fellows regarding potential Rights-of-Way in Portsmouth, RI. Legal counsel advised that he had received the report and was reviewing it, and that there potentially may be two Rights-of-Way for further investigation.

2. There being no further business to come before the subcommittee, the subcommittee adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
