Harbor Management Plan — Town of Bristol

Applications that have been Out to Notice and are before the Full Council for Decision:

2002-11-071 ROBERT AND LUCY MANTIA — Construct a residential boating facility to consist of a 4' x 280' fixed timber pier, a 3' x 20' ramp to a (10' x 12") 120 square foot float. The proposed dock will extend to approximately 173' +/- feet beyond mean low water (MLW) requiring a variance from the RI-CRMP Section 300.4 length standard.

2002-11-025 ANNA WILLIAMS — Construct a recreational boating facility to consist of a 4' x 241.9' +/- fixed timber pier. The pier will extend 202.5 +/- beyond mean low water (MLW). Located at plat 8, lot 265; 30 Bay View Drive, Jamestown, RI.
