PRESENT: Chairman Lemont, member Bruce Dawson, member Robert Driscoll, Legal Counsel Brian A. Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Potential Westerly Rights-of-Way-CRMC legal counsel briefed the Subcommittee on discussions he has had with the Attorney General's office regarding ongoing research relating to a number of rights-of-way on Atlantic Avenue in Westerly. The Subcommittee asked that legal counsel continue to work with the Attorney General's office with the goal of searching and designating any potential rights-of-way in Westerly.

2. There being no other business to come before the Subcommittee the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
