Deepwater Wind, LLC – update from Ted Hofbauer, CVA

Applications which have been Out-To-Notice and are before the Full Council for Decision:

2013-11-104 FRED FEIBEL – Construct and maintain a residential boating facility consisting of a 4’ x 70’ fixed timber pier leading to a 3’ x 14’ ramp and 8’ x 18.75’ (150sf) terminal float extending ~76’ seaward of the cited MLW mark. The facility requires a 26’ length variance to RICRMP Section 300.4.E.3l. Located on Green Hill Pond at plat 89-3, lot 13; 259 Twin Peninsula Avenue, South Kingstown, RI.
