2025-01-022 THE DUNES CLUB – Proposed maintenance consisting of installing a new Fiberglass Reinforced Sheetpile (FRP) within 12” of the existing concrete footing. The FRP will be anchored back by drilling through the existing wall above the footing and installing anchors prior to installation of the FRP. The tie-rod and top of the FRP will be encased in reinforced concrete cap. The work is being proposed to eliminate erosion below the wall/footing. An alternative route for public access is proposed while the work is being performed. Work would be scheduled during the winter months. Located at plat A, lot 33; 137 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, RI.
2025-01-058 JOHN FRANCIS & DARIA BECKER BARRY REV TRUST -- Proposed maintenance consisting of installing a new Fiberglass Reinforced Sheetpile (FRP) within 12” of the existing footing at the straight section of concrete seawall. The FRP will be anchored back by drilling through the existing wall above the footing and installing anchors prior to installation of the FRP. The tie-rod and top of the FRP will be encased in reinforced concrete cap. In the area of curved section of wall, the existing cap will be cutback to allow the FRP to be installed within 12” of the existing sheeting. A replacement cap will be installed to encapsulate the top of sheet. An alternative route for public access is proposed while the work is being performed. Work would be scheduled during the winter months. Located at plat A, lot 34; 131 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, RI.
2025-01-038 JOSEPH HEALEY -- Proposed maintenance consisting of installing a new Fiberglass Reinforced Sheetpile (FRP) within 12” of the existing footing. The FRP will be anchored back by drilling through the existing wall above the footing and installing anchors prior to installation of the FRP. The tie-rod and top of the FRP will be encased in reinforced concrete cap. An alternative route for public access is proposed while the work is being performed. Work would be scheduled during the winter months. Located at plat A, lot 2; 129 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, RI.
