Public Comment Period Now Open for the Introduction of the Beach SAMP

View 'Chapter 1 - Introduction' and public process for the Rhode Island Shoreline Change Special Area Management Plan (Beach SAMP) and weigh in with your thoughts through January 31, 2016. 

Beach SAMP chapters will examine the risks of flooding and erosion, key impacts of the storms and sea level rise associated with climate change, as well as the opportunities and tools to address them. The introduction is an overview of the information to be covered in more depth in later chapters.
