Tolling legislation information

Tolling of expiration periods for CRMC Assents has ended as of June 30, 2016, pursuant to Rhode Island General Law § 46-23-6.3. The tolling period legislation was not extended this past legislative session.

Therefore, all CRMC Assents issued between November 9, 2009 and June 30, 2016 will now expire in three (3) years beginning July 1, 2016.

All CRMC Assents issued prior to November 9, 2009 were tolled on November 9, 2009 through June 30, 2016. The time remaining on these Assents as of November 9, 2009 will resume on July 1, 2016.
