CRMC ROW legislation introduced

CRMC would like to give a big Thank You to Representative Kathleen Fogarty (D-35-South Kingstown) and Senator Victoria Gu (D-38 - Charlestown, Westerly, South Kingstown), and all the other sponsors for Sponsoring the CRMC’s legislation to have all CRMC-designated Rights-of-Way identified, labeled, and displayed on official municipal plat maps. The bill will provide the public with another resource to locate CRMC-designated ROWs!

If passed, CRMC looks forward to working with municipalities to implement the new process.
