2026-03-067 DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT – Remove and reconstruct Pier JJ within the Port of Galilee. The existing 8ft x 105ft pier is proposed to be removed and replaced with a new 10ft x 106ft pier with 3 additional piles and 3 fewer bents resulting in an increase of 220 sq ft in size. Located at plat I-G, Lots 266-S, 266- SXM, 96; 45 State Street, Narragansett, RI.

2026-05-006 WESTERLY MUNICIPAL LAND TRUST – Construct two parking spaces and walking path terminating at the wetland edge. Located at plat 154, lot 22; 32 Harbor Drive, Westerly, RI.

2001-02-025 CEDAR ISLAND OYSTER COMPANY – Modification of aquaculture assent to add six horizontal floating lines of four-hundred low-profile baskets (FlipFarm®) for the cultivation of eastern oysters within the 2.3-acre bottom gear lease located in Point Judith Pond, Narragansett.

2004-05-024 CEDAR ISLAND OYSTER COMPANY – Modification of assent to add seven horizontal floating lines of five-hundred low-profile baskets (FlipFarm®) for the cultivation of eastern oysters within the three-acre gear area of the existing fifteen-acre lease located in Point Judith Pond, Narragansett.
