Any projects that involve work below Mean High Water (MHW) will require an independent federal review via the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). CRMC is not responsible for coordinating the review process. As such, Applicants should apply to USACE independently and concurrently with their CRMC Application, as applicable.
To begin the USACE review process, Applicants should send a narrative description of the work, completed ENG4345 form, and engineering plan set that shows jurisdictional lines (typically MHW or HTL), and calculations of square footage impacts within USACE jurisdiction to the USACE RI Project Inox (cenae-r-ri@usace.army.mil).
