1999-08-084 NATALE PELLEGRINO REVOCABLE TRUST — Extension of previously approved permit to construct two bedroom single family dwelling with associated decks, elevated dune walkover structure and DEM approved ISDS. Located at plat 156, lot 4, Atlantic Avenue, Westerly, RI.

Applications which have been Out to Notice for 30 days and are before the Full Council for Decision:

2003-04-058 RAM POINT MARINA — Construct 80 LF of timber bulkhead; to alter the marina perimeter limit to accommodate additional dockage which will accommodate 10 additional boats, and to alter the layout of a portion of the existing dockage. Located at plat 64-4, lot 11; William Schmid Drive, South Kingstown, RI.

2004-06-054 LOUIS MARIORENZI and PRISCILLA SZNEKE — Construct modifications to existing residential boating facility by installing a boat lift system. Located at plat 8, lot 271; 84 Bay View Drive, Jamestown, RI.

2004-09-087 MAUREEN S. LYNCH — Construct and maintain a residential boating facility consisting of a 4' x 30' fixed pier and four tie-off pilings, exsting -26' seaward of MLW. Located at plat 1, lot 66; 828 West Beach Road, Charlestown, RI.

2004-10-068 BREWER COVE HAVEN MARINA — Perform improvement dredging of approximately 12,500 cy of material, expansion of marina perimeter to the north and west that will increase boat count by 93 for total of 359 slips. Located at plat 01 and 13; lots 51, 2, 3, and 4; located at 101 Narragansett Avenue, Barrington, RI.

2004-10-121 RIDEM/MUSEUM OF YACHTING — Maintain "as built" marina in Fort Adams basin area. The basin marina is used "almost exclusively for displaying the museum's collection of classic yachts as in-the-water exhibits." Other vessels are allowed temporarily into the basin for special events. No space is leased or rented to the public or for non-museum owned boats. Located at Fort Adams, North end, Newport, RI.
