COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

PLACE: Narragansett Bay Commission Building, Providence RI

PRESENT: Chairman Paul Lemont, Member Neill Gray, and Legal Counsel Brian A. Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Marine Avenue, Newport RI. Legal Council updated the members on the assent modification that was in process to permanently designate this as a public ROW. The assent modification would be recorded in the land evidence records.

2. Potential Bristol ROW litigation. Legal Counsel was asked to investigate news reports that there was litigation threatened or pending between the Town of Bristol and ROW abutters who were trying to extinguish a CRMC designated ROW.

There being no other new business to come before the Subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
