COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

PLACE: Department of Administration, Conference Room A

PRESENT: Chairman Lemont, member Bruce Dawson, Legal Counsel Brian Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Legal counsel gave the Subcommittee an update on the discussions that were going on between the City of Newport and the restaurant owner abutting Howard Wharf. Legal counsel advised the members discussions were ongoing to come to some type of resolution for the summer season, and legal counsel would keep the members informed.

2. There being no other business to come before the Subcommittee the meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
