COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

PRESENT: Chairman Lemont, member Bruce Dawson, and Legal Counsel Brian Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Westerly ROW's. Legal Counsel advised the subcommittee that was working with the Attorney General's office regarding a number of potential Rights-of-Way located in Westerly. Rhode Island. The research is very complex and arcane and is also associated with a quiet title action that the Attorney General's office is contemplating. The members asked that legal counsel keep the subcommittee advised of any potential Rights-of-Way in Westerly.

There being no other business before the subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
