THE RIGHTS OF WAY SUBCOMMITTEE
COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

PLACE: Department of Administration, Conference Room A

PRESENT: Chairman Lemont, member Bruce Dawson, and Legal Counsel Brian Goldman.

AGENDA:

1. Rights-of-Way Annual Report. Legal Counsel advised the subcommittee that pursuant to the NOAA 312 Evaluation he met with CRMC staff and the Deputy Director to review and update the annual Right-of-Way report that is filed pursuant to statute. Legal Counsel advised the subcommittee that prior to this year's report he was not provided with a copy of the report to review before it was filed with the parties required by statute. As a result, the meeting with the Deputy Director and staff, that omission has been resolved and the report is sent to legal counsel for review, additionally, as a result of legal counsel review of the Rights-of-Way report, a number of Rights-of-Way that had been designated as under appeal, when they were not under appeal have been corrected and the report has been made current. The subcommittee asked that legal counsel keep them informed of any further developments.

There being no other business before the subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
