2011-06-004 TOWN OF NORTH KINGSTOWN – Install additional floats and establish a Marina Perimeter Limit (MPL) at the Town Dock in Wickford, RI. Located at plat 117, lot 257; Main Street, North Kingstown, RI.

2011-03-043 KENNETH PALUMBO -- Construct and maintain: a residential boating facility consisting of a 4’ x 70’ fixed timber pier, 3’ x 20’ ramp, and a 10’ x 15’ float. The facility will extend 75’ beyond Mean Low Water to a water depth of -4’ (MLW). A 25’ variance is required to the 50’ standard length beyond MLW (ref. RICRMP 300.4.E.3.l(2)) is required. Located at plat 17, lot 41; 47 Shore Drive, Warren, RI.
