THE RIGHTS OF WAY SUBCOMMITTEE
COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL
DATE: February 28, 2012
TIME: 5:45 p.m.
PLACE: Department of Administration, Conference Room A One Capitol Hill, Providence, RI
PRESENT: CRMC Chair Livingston, and Legal Counsel Brian Goldman.
AGENDA:
1. Legal counsel advised the Subcommittee he and CRMC staff member Kevin Cute had communications with the abutting property owners on Old Ferry Road in Bristol regarding a potential designation of that road as a right- of-way. Legal counsel advised the Subcommittee the abutting property owners were receptive to the idea of this road being designated as a public right-of- way. Legal counsel indicated he would have his title examiner begin reviewing the title and report back to the Subcommittee at the next Subcommittee meeting.
There being no other business to come before the Rights-of-Way Subcommittee, the meeting adjourned at 5:58 p.m.
