CRMC seeks input through customer service survey
August 31, 2020, Wakefield – WAKEFIELD – The Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC) is seeking feedback from the public, applicants, consultants, and colleagues regarding how the CRMC conducts business. The customer service survey is available on the agency’s web site at www.crmc.ri.gov.
Results of the survey will help inform the CRMC on certain daily operations methods, as well as assist with addressing policy and other decisions, in the future.
There are 19 items in the survey, and many of them use a ranking system from one to five to gauge customer service with a variety of topics, covering daily operations and permit procedures, to staff knowledge and Council meeting processes. Some of the questions ask for additional feedback from the survey taker, as well, to better inform CRMC on areas of improvement, if applicable.
