Executive Order 21-72, which provides exceptions to the Open Meetings Act (OMA) including relief from the prohibitions regarding use of telephonic or electronic communication to conduct meetings as set forth in R.I. Gen. Laws ยง 42- 46- 5(b), is set to expire on July 23, 2021. If Executive Order 21-72 is extended, CRMC will provide notification on meeting location status. Thank you.
